Rainbow is an international award-winning, Canberra-based burlesque artist, teacher and producer. In 2019, Rainbow was awarded the title Miss Classic for her 1890s-inspired Cancan at the Miss Burlesque Australia competition where she represented the ACT. That same year, at the Golden Legends Champion Challenge in Florida, USA, under the mentorship of Rebel Vitale, she was awarded the Golden Edge Award for best neo-burlesque act of the competition.

In 2020 she began producing shows in Canberra and Newcastle including the successful Burlesque Idol Canberra and Newcastle heats of the national competition.  Later that same year, working with Canberra artists, Rachael Hilton and Liz Lea, together they produced Seasonal Soiree, a Christmas Cabaret, a charity auction and variety night starring Canberra’s rich and diverse performance artists collaborating to raise funds for Beryl Women Inc and the Domestic Violence Crisis Service ACT. In 2021 she launched her new production, Shakedown Cabaret (& Trivia), a show intended to showcase Canberra’s highly skilled performance artists.

Rainbow has taught burlesque and fan dancing classes around the Capital since 2015. After the 2020 COVID lock down, Rainbow launched Brunchercize, the Sunday hour of brunch dance power, which has quickly grown in popularity with classes regularly selling out.

In 2022 Rainbow reprised her role of Lord Farquaad in Shreklesque, the burlesque and drag parody, for their sold out Australian tour.

Rainbow is passionate about Canberra and dance. She believes that everyone can dance, and that dance can help people connect with others and express difficult or strong emotions in a cathartic way. Her purpose is to help all people find the joy of expressing and connecting through dance.
